1. WORKOUT CALENDAR: Visualize your swimming frequency with a glance at this week or month. Track your progress using the SWOLF metric, a popular swimming efficiency indicator, directly in the calendar.
2. DETAILED WORKOUT ANALYSIS: Tap a calendar date for an in-depth view of your swim session, including pace per 100m, stroke distance, and loop-by-loop stroke per minute metric.
3. DATA EXPORT: Easily export workout data to CSV format for advanced analysis in Numbers on your laptop.
4. Apple Watch App that can be used as a Stroke Tempo Trainer - it vibrates every given period of time (0.5-3 sec, or 20-120 SPM) so you can use it to make strokes for each hand or only for the left hand with watch to keep the required strokes tempo.
